Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, and countries across Europe (including but not limited to Germany, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Belgium).

Shipping Rates

  • Flat shipping rate by region: US $20 / UK £20 / EU €20 / AU $20
  • Free worldwide shipping on orders over $150 (or equivalent in local currency)
  • For other international destinations, shipping costs are calculated automatically by DHL/USPS based on weight and destination

Duties & Import Taxes (DDP)

We offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) on all markets, meaning the price you pay at checkout already includes estimated duties and import taxes — there are no surprise fees when your package arrives.

Production & Delivery Timeline

Because every piece is handmade based on your photo, production takes longer than off-the-shelf items:

  1. Once your photo is confirmed, production begins and typically takes 2–4 weeks
  2. Once your piece is completed and approved, it's shipped and typically arrives within 1–2 weeks, depending on your location

We'll keep you updated by email at each key stage of the process.

Rush Orders

Need it sooner? Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email, and we'll check with our artist's availability. Rush production is available for an additional 30% of the product's original price, with a shortened turnaround of about 1–2 weeks.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us right away at hello@shopwaglow.com, and we'll offer you the choice of a free remake or a full refund.
